Venice Lido Mountain Holidays

The property was extremely well located and on a beautiful canal where the gondolas pass by. It is an easy walk from Saint Marco Square and the rooms were immaculate and the bathtub was especially nice given that there are very few of them and Europe. The staff was incredibly well, organized, and planned many of our activities for us and did so well. They are very knowledgeable about the city and seem to be a consistent group of people. I would definitely recommend this place again.

The hotel was lovely and the staff couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. The location is ideal. It is right on the boardwalk with numerous fine restaurants moments away.

Matteo is the BEST!!! All our luggage was lost and we thought we would have to go all the way back to the airport to pick it up, But Matteo talked to the baggage crew at the airport and had our luggage delivered and he put it in our room while we were out.....Can say enough great things about the customer service...it was above and beyond.

Great location. Fabulous bar and beverage choices. The bartender was amazing it was like watching a show while he worked and mixed various drinks.

This is a great hotel at the wrong side of the canal. Going from one side to the other is only a nuisance but it makes a difference. Having said that, we still like the hotel given the cost value relationship
