8/10 Very good! (145 reviews)
My wife and I were here for our honeymoon and specifically chose this Resort because it was supposed to be on the nicer and less touristy. We arrived at the airport where our Driver met us and Mario Andretti got us to the hotel in an hour and 20 minutes instead of an hour and 40 minutes. The road is long and Venki and if you are remotely prone to motion sickness, you will get it on this road. We arrived at the resort where we checked into our Seaview room. Once we got to the room, the room had no view of the sea, but said sea view room on the door. We called the front desk and they were kind enough to move us to a room that had a sea view. The room was very nice. We proceeded to dinner and provided menus where they had no wine available. That was on the menu list. They had no wine available per glass. They only had one bottle of bread which was 7800 pesos. We purchased that bottle, but that meant that they were out of wine. The next day we made our way to the pool after breakfast. There were maybe seven guests that we saw at the hotel. We were at the pool for five hours and not checked on once the pool was not cleaned at all. We had to go find our own towels. They ran out of rum. They had no soda water. The Resort is in the appearance and condition of a Resort that is up for sale and they don’t want to do any maintenance to it. This is a buyer beware there is no amenities near the resort. I would not stay here again, we left after two days and did not get a refund.
