Flacq District Mountain Holidays

Our 2nd visit to this hotel as we found it great value for a fun and also relaxing family holiday. We loved the Beach location where you wander straight down from the hotel - and enjoy your all Inclusive drink here too. Sit and relax with gorgeous view of the ocean or take a dip in the crystal clear Sea. Blue Bay is such a perfect spot for snorkelling , straight from the shore you can see the marine life . We loved spotting all the fish, my daughter favourite being the 'Minecraft fish' (box fish). Also make sure to take advantage of the complimentary glass bottom boat trip further out into the Bay. The staff were fantastic, from check in to The Bar servers, waiting team in the restaurant and cleaning crew . Many of the servers recognised us from previous years and were once again friendly and helpful. They particularly took time with the Kids to ensure they were happy! The Hotel manager also took time to sit with us and talk about how we were enjoying the holiday. Mostly I have to mention the Club Coralia entertainment team, Yoan & Emmanuelle who absolutely made the holiday! Their efforts and enthusiasm which is recognised a genuine passion for what they do gave the kids the most wonderful experiences and memories they will cherish forever. Nothing was too much for them and they constantly went out their way to ensure the kids (and grown ups) were having a good time- even happily being chased and pushed fully clothed into the pool! Average. Some staff great, others not trained well with poor customer service skills. Buffet sometimes ran out of items and they were not refilled.

Good hotel, decent food options from half board package

The property is gorgeous. The food was good. The front desk staff was very helpful. I stayed for a night in the junior suite it was nice.

The place is quiet and nice providing a peaceful atmosphere.The staffs are incredibly nice. Loved this place and it’s simply amazing.

Our family found the rooms to be clean and spacious. Its right on a beautiful stretch of beach, (plus the pool is really nice too)..all located close to nearby food market.

Just a wonderful resort. Our second trip here and it’s the best we’ve been to in Mauritius.
