I noticed I did not got the best view. Breakfast was but same options during my stay.
I was not awake of extra 40$/day for car parking and extra resort fee 45$/day during my booking. It added around 500$ to my stay.
I was also not aware I had 75$ credit for non alcoholic drinks. I was also not awake of all the benefits included in my stay. Staff should let the customers know at the time of check in. I got to know about everything at the time of checkout when I was paying for everything I didn’t even use. Because I didn’t know I was supposed to use amenities- I will be charged anyways.
