Good size of room . Bed comfortable . Location walkable. The only thing is it’s noisy at night , being close to the street , we hear the bus , horses , shouting people it woke us up in the middle of the night . Didn’t bother to change room because it’s a hassle and we have a tight schedule everyday . There’s always a wait for the elevator too, so use the stairs

The hotel was perfect for our needs during the stay. A close walk into the city in a quiet location. Nice facilities and wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. Would happily stay there again.

Water went off whilst we were staying there and staff were less than helpful. Just told us that it’s back on and will take a while to get up to the floor we were staying on. Building works going on onsite which we were not made aware of at booking. Disappointed in the hotel really as has good reviews

"Rooms were ideal and clean, staff were all very friendly which I personally think is very important. The breakfast was good but the restaurant food was pretty poor. Overall it's an easy enough fix to make it a better rating."
