Shower curtain needs to be replaced or at least cleaned or washed. Molds are gross and growing up! Towels need to be tossed away and need to be replaced as well. Punta Engaño6 nights3.5 star property7.0/10 - Good (447 reviews)"I got a better swim at the pool and at the beach. breakfast was ok and staff are great except for Cecille the person who was at the front desk when we checked in at 2pm. She told me that checked-in is at 3pm but there’s a room ready for you. I just got so annoyed when she said that, and told her that "you don't have to say the 3pm time to checked-in, if the room is ready just checked us in! then she gave me a room with no AirCondition working...pure warm air coming out. Casa Verde Cliff Resort and Spa
Casa Verde Cliff Resort and Spa"The room is EXTREMELY CLEAN. they take pride in their cleanliness and service. Staff are well trained and knowledgeable on the local activities. Pool is perfect for kids with their child friendly pool and the deeper pool goes to 7ft. Bar Berlin can make a variety of drinks and they have 2-3 staff members helping to make drinks. Food is delicious and made with love. It is the most expensive food option on the island but is worth it knowing you are eating fresh and safe food. The chef came...
Santiago Bay Garden & Resort
Santiago Bay Garden & Resort"The ocean view room with private balcony had the most amazing view! The staff were super friendly and VERY helpful!"
"I didn’t like space for the toilet seat as it was tiny and I need space for my legs to be comfortably seated while I clean myself. The water pressure of the shower wasn’t normal. It felt like a trickle and it took so long for me to rinse off. Sleeping on the bed was not the best experience because I was scratching my leg area the whole night. I couldn’t be sure if it was caused by dust or insects."
Tulang Diot View and Turtle Haven
Tulang Diot View and Turtle Haven"Excellent location, it’s a hidden gem, the small beach is easily accessible and feels so private. Perfect place to do yoga and meditation viewing the vast ocean view. Owner is so friendly and provided helpful inputs to access the location. Staffs are the best I have ever seen. Being a vegetarian, they were flexible to cook food for my choice. Property is well maintained and the pool is regularly cleaned. I would come back here again!!"
