Sheikh Zayed Road Luxury Holidays

It says five stars but it doesn’t feel like 5 stars.

Avoid like the Plague if you have other options. They scammed and gave a studio room with city view instead of the reserved Sea view studio. The Hotel and rooms are dated and aeging. The bathroom tiles were cracked. Found 1 housefly in the room when we checked in and had to kill it by hand. The balcony glass door are unclean and curtains torn. The breakfast is sub par with only a single item changing everyday. The housekeeping and restaurant staff are kind and courteous. Only their Premier apartment bedrooms and most highest paid rooms have sea view apparantly. Disappointing and Appalling state of affairs.

Such a gorgeous hotel, right next to the metro for exploring. Staff were fabulous, as was breakfast and room service. Couldn't fault it.

The hotel is conveniently located, rooms are comfortable, restaurant has nice offerings, staff are very helpful and friendly, everything is well maintained.
