I’ve stayed here before and this time just felt different. I was placed in an outdated room without a standalone shower. the room view was a roof. the hotel smelled like sewer water. I wasn’t happy with my stay. I wont be staying here again. It def does not give 5 star anymore.

My recent stay at Eau was a major disappointment. The first room we checked into had soaking wet carpets. We had to checkout immediately. The hotel staff attempted to make things right by upgrading us to a suite. The suite was beautiful, but it had roaches. I woke up in the middle of the night and noticed a massive cockroach on my pillow. Maybe it crawled in from outside, but regardless, I was so disgusted, that I had to checkout at 4AM with my family and my two year old son. All of this with a young child. It was a nightmare. Eau management was apologetic, but they felt this was not worthy of a full refund. Unfortunately, I won’t be going back to Eau. I’ll take my business to Four Seasons instead.

We had an amazing weekend for my birthday and the staff and the hotel could not have been better. I think this us the best resort in Orlando and each time we stay it just makes that more clear,
