Great location, great breakfast, great staff.

Premium Traveller? Look Elsewhere - Not Worth the Price I paid £1,001.70 for two nights in a Studio Extra. In my view, the room and service did not justify a premium price point. The room was extremely dark, had a prominent cork ceiling that was not apparent from the imagery I relied on when booking, and had an unpleasant smell. The overall presentation was materially below what I would expect from a £500+ per night room. I raised these issues during the stay. The property manager subsequently called me and strongly pushed for an inspection of the room while I was occupying it. I found the interaction unnecessarily accusatory and unhelpful, rather than consistent with the service level I would expect from a premium room. I was subsequently offered £50 by the property. I did not regard this as resolving the wider issue. After charges relating to items on the room bill, only £12 was ultimately returned to me. Expedia subsequently reviewed the matter. The property declined my request for any meaningful gesture. To be clear, my complaint was not simply about personal taste or expecting a particular room design. It was about the relationship between what was represented, the condition and presentation of the room actually provided, and the premium price paid. At approximately £200 per night, I could understand the proposition. At £500+ per night, there are substantially better options in East London. Premium travellers - hard avoid.

Ah what a perfect hotel and location! Just at the end of Oxford street and very close to the Tottenham Court Road tube station. The hotel was beautiful with its modern design and decor. Spacious rooms and bathroom. Very comfortable beds with crisp duvet covers. Gown, slippers, steamer and hairdryer in the wardrobe. Coffee machine and air conditioning that was controlled in room. We didn’t have breakfast but there were plenty of options close by for food. Hope this hotel is available next time we visit London

The rooms are typical London city size. Comfortable beds and linens. Nice rainfall water shower with easy to use controls for comfortable hot shower. London sized small bathroom with essentials. Room service kept room clean, provided turn down service. Front desk staff and concierge were friendly and made stay even better. Giving us a detailed tour of our room and taking up shopping bags to our room to save us time. We did not buy breakfast with our room but did eat at the restaurant one morning. We were not impressed with breakfast food or service.

Lovely hotel. Room was excellent and the bed super comfy. The buffet breakfast was excellent value too. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend.

Great location and rooms are spacious, quiet, and well maintained. The lobby smells of hookah smoke all day and night which I personally found to be unpleasant. Otherwise this hotel is good value for money.
