Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel did not meet the expectations of a 5-star property. In my opinion, the facilities and overall service level were closer to a 4-star hotel rather than a 5-star standard. The breakfast was disappointing and did not reflect what we would expect from a 5-star hotel, with limited variety and quality. We were also allocated a room at the end of the corridor with a large column in the middle of the room, which affected the comfort and overall experience. The staff’s appearance and professionalism could be improved. Some staff members were wearing very wrinkled uniforms, and the service style did not always feel professional or in line with the standards expected from a 5-star hotel. The location was another disadvantage, as it was not convenient and access to main areas was difficult. The main positive points were the spa, swimming pool and gym facilities, which were enjoyable. However, the swimming pool was also being used for children’s swimming lessons during our stay, which affected the relaxing atmosphere expected from a hotel facility. Overall, we expected a much higher standard from a 5-star hotel and unfortunately felt that the experience did not match the rating.

The breakfast was amazing, so many options and delicious food! Well worth the cost. The ocean view was spectacular. I really enjoyed my stay and its so worth it.

We had a wonderful stay at Rixos Downtown Antalya with our family. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and always went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. There was a great selection of food, and we really liked that there was always something available throughout the day, so you never felt stuck for choice. The kids especially loved the holiday and had a fantastic time. If I had to suggest one area for improvement, it would probably be more evening/night-time entertainment, as there could have been a little more going on after dinner. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. It was exactly what we wanted from an all-inclusive family holiday, with great food, helpful staff and plenty for the family to enjoy. We would definitely consider coming back!

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean, though a bit small, but perfectly fine for a one-night stay. The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Next to the sea which was a bonus as well!
