We spent 4 nights in a hanging villa with private pool 30 Dec to 3 Jan. The view was stunning and the staff were amazing.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The property appears to be quite new, and everything felt clean and well maintained. Although the swimming pool was under construction and unavailable during our visit, this did not affect our experience since we were only staying for one night. We arrived in the evening, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was enjoyable, and the overall facilities and atmosphere of the hotel were excellent. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily recommend this hotel to other travelers.

We had three nights stay, following 3 nights at the sister resort - Sudamala Komodo. Both resorts are fantastic and highly recommended but this was our favourite. A tropical island with a reef full with fish. We also had days trips to Komodo and diving which were great experiences. The food is lovely. Good variation including a bbq theme one night but a great mix of Indonesian and Western dishes. The thing that stuck with us was the fantastic team at both resorts. However, we were really well looked after by everyone but notably Ayu and Grace in the restaurant and the incredible Zaka and his singing! Thank you everyone!

A great hotel walking distance to all the shops and restaurants has wonderful amenities. The restaurant is great.

The hotel was very nice and modern, with excellent facilities and easy access to the ocean. Everywhere you looked there was a beautiful view. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide array of choices from different cuisines, so there was something for everyone. The reason for the 4 stars is mainly due to the check-in process and the behaviour of some other guests around the pool. Our check-in took a very long time, with little communication about whether our room was ready. We had to wait around an hour after the stated check-in time before being given our room, and I had to ask multiple times for an update before eventually being told it was ready. As the hotel is quite a distance from the main town, there wasn’t a great deal to do while waiting, so better communication would have made the experience much less frustrating. My only other criticism was the pool area. As this is a 5-star resort, I would expect it to be somewhere guests can relax. Some children were repeatedly jumping into the pool and causing a lot of splashing, resulting in guests and their belongings on the surrounding sunbeds getting wet. I completely understand children having fun, but a little consideration for other guests would have been appreciated. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is beautiful, the views are amazing, the facilities are excellent and the breakfast was a highlight. With a smoother check-in and more consideration around the pool, it would have been a 5-star experience.
