The staff are absolutely the best of all the places we’ve stayed in the Philippines. They adhere to the highest quality of customer service. We’re also thankful for the spa and gym staff. They keep the sauna area and gym impeccable. The food served at Gana restaurant are delicious and the servers and cooks are all great! And don’t miss out on dinner at Henri’s. Every one of the shuttle drivers and boat crew, including Mike at conscierge are absolutely top notch. Our butlers (Anne and Ralf) made our stay the most memorable! Because of these two, we plan to return in the future.

This hotel is exceptional in all aspects of our stay. We stayed in Studio 1, opposite the check in office. The rooms were clean and shower area large. The restaurant’s food was delicious, compliments to the chef for always producing tasty, delicious meals. The staff in the restaurant area are very attentive and helpful. The pool was delightful and an area we frequented often. The happy hour at the restaurant was great with delicious and perfectly made cocktails. I had a massage at the facility, they were professional and it was one of the best massages I had experience in some time. I would highly recommend this hotel and if we ever went back to El Nido this is where we would stay. A special mention to Wilma in the hotel restaurant who went above and beyond in everything she did. She treated everyone with kindness and respect even if patrons were rude. Additionally, I also noticed the way everyone helped each other even if it was not part of their role. Pool staff, helping kitchen staff clear tables, an exceptional example of team work.

This place is easily the newest and highest-end hotel right in El Nido town. That cliffside pool is seriously insane. Some parts of the property are still finishing up construction, but the rooms have everything you need and are super comfortable. Plus, there's a rooftop sauna-total paradise, highly recommend!

j'ai beaucoup apprécié la discrétion des gens qui vivent à cet endroit à l'écart du monde dans ce village situé en pleine nature entre la jungle et la mer de Chine. Le beauté du site rend le séjour difficile à quitter. Je ne recherche pas les 5 étoiles avec groom dans l'ascenseur et roome service 24/7, mais le calme et la sincérité. Il faut penser à prendre des bouteilles d'eau car l'eau vient de sources locales et notre organisme n'est pas habitué.

I am please that they know their guest name to welcome as soon as they enter the lobby. I appreciate the coconut leaf lei, love the welcoming song, it does feel like second home. Most of all the farewell song, The staff still waving as the motor boat departed. It makes u feel coming back again. We are thankful for the anniversary greetings in the bed with wine and fruits inside the water villa. The tour guide were very helpful making sure I am safe and comfortable in the water because I am not a swimmer. I appreciate the guide helping in the cave and taking photos. We anre anlso grateful for the doctor on duty be because in the last day, we got sick having diarrhea and vomiting. The first aide electrolytes really helps. Everything is excellent. We had a good time and memorable experience. Thank you to all the staff.
