An absolutely wonderful boutique hotel in a great location in Kyoto. Very chic and modern, this is a great place to stay. The staff were second to none, always with a huge smile and pleasant demenour. They were also very helpful in answering all our questions. A truly memorable place to stay.

Rooms were amazing. They were as modern and amazing as the pictures! The bed was super comfortable. Laundry on-site was easy to use and access was pretty available. The cafe was also pretty convenient to have. But skip the restaurant! The food was bad and extremely salty. During my stay, some room near me was smoking in their room as the smoke smell filled the hallways. I reported this to the front desk but they were not able to find this person and put a stop to this immediately. This also happened the next night. We all received letters informing us about this incident but I was disappointed that the hotel was not able to take an effective action to address the smoking in a non-smoking room and area. Luckily, I don’t think the smell entered my room, but it’s disappointing to see this happen and nothing was done in the moment.

The hotel is beautiful. You can feel the Kyoto vibe throughout the lobby all the way to the rooms with the details and quality and material of the building. Loved our stay and would love to come back. Great location too.

Centrally located, the blossom offered convenience for our 3 tours. Fresh towels daily, onsen was great, restaurant was a little pricey, but convenient for us. The list of restaurants proved to be helpful. :)

Amazing location close to great food, shopping, and bars. Super clean and well sized rooms. It was SO NICE having a washer/dryer. Stayed 6 nights out of our two week vacation and were able to wash clothes everyday. One con is they don’t have room keys so you enter a code for the elevator/room and the elevator code sometimes didn’t work but other than that amazing stay, would definitely stay here again.
