We had a wonderful stay over the school holidays. The hotel is well maintained and clean. We loved the buffet breakfast. A peaceful place to arrive after a busy day and just relax by the pool.

No maps of the area to plan outings, old people need maps to plan not phones. The swimming pools need a good cleaning. food was excellent, staff very polite and helpful.

You couldn't ask for a better place to stay especially if you have children, plus there is a tram system right outside that can take you to where you want to go and only costs 50cents a trip excellant.

We stayed mainly so our child could enjoy the water park. We were told that, as it was winter, the water temperature was maintained at around 26°C. However, the water still felt very cold, and many guests appeared to feel the same. Teenagers seemed able to enjoy it because they were constantly moving around, but for younger children, the temperature felt too low to stay in the water comfortably for long. As this is a 4.5-star property, I was not expecting the same level of luxury as a five-star hotel, and overall the facilities and service were generally in line with my expectations. One area that could be improved is the room atmosphere on arrival. The room would have felt much more welcoming with a little more attention to ventilation and freshness. There was no major problem, but the room did not feel as fresh as I would have hoped when we first entered. Apart from those points, the stay was generally satisfactory and appropriate for a 4.5-star property. If the water temperature in winter could be made more comfortable for younger children, it would make the hotel much more appealing for families visiting specifically to enjoy the water park.
