Very nice stay. 4.5 stars. Only .5 off was that phone in one of our two rooms stopped working 2 days in and was never fixed. Not a biggy but still a bit of a concern in case of emergency or other needs. Luckily we had a second room with a phone that worked. Very kind and friendly staff. And Xmas Eve dinner at the buffet was amazingly insane. So much good food and merriment. Note that the spa is not great at communicating changes if delays or staff absences that may affect scheduled service. Also the spa pool is indoor which is super but costs extra ($10 USD per adult, kids free which was very nice). Shuttle to town fills up fast and must be booked in advance (at least 24 hours if not more). We will come back!

The staff are very friendly and professional 5/5 and the hotel is in great condition. However: 1. there is mega construction going on; the hotel is part of a mall development and the outdoor pool space is disturbed by the sound of jack hammers drilling. 2. Also, there is an extra up charge (EUr 25 pp) to use the basement indoor hot tub for 1 hr, which is a separate locked section of the indoor pool - this was a bait and switch hence the 3 star; shame this didn’t come up anywhere else. 3. Breakfast spread is good but the selection doesn’t change. Not being able to use the pool side for some winter sun AND paying extra for a hot tub is more than enough to not stay here again.

Overall, everything was good during our stay. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, I do feel that the rooms could use an update. In particular, the bathroom faucets are in poor condition and look outdated, which really detracts from the overall appearance of the room.

Stayed for three nights in Marrakesh, before and after my adventures in Zagora. Each time I returned, the staff greeted me with a natural, honest kindness that made the place feel almost familiar. The restaurants, the bars, the peaceful pool, all pleasant. A quiet corner of calm in the middle of the city’s constant motion.

Only issue I had was arrival at the airport and no ride to the hotel. I messaged the hotel weeks before days before even the day of they responded days later after we already checked in saying that they couldn't accommodate because we didn't inquire 48 hours prior which is really stupid to me because I did I emailed i sent dm's through Instagram. I even sent a message through the chat on Expedia, still nothing. That part was really dumb to me.So whoever is in charge of the booking of rides should be cussed out.Don't depend on a ride.Get you a taxi.Everything else was great.The staff was great.I love the place.The 3 stars is because of the travel I didn't get
