I came here as a solo female traveller for my first trip to japan and honestly it was amazing!! The room was very clean and I liked the layout a lot. The lights in the room are dimmable which is a plus for me. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. One small drawback was the walk to shinjuku station is a little longer than I personally would’ve liked but it wasn’t bad at all!

Service and location is the best of the hotel, room was dusty and lounge food was average and repetitive, service was amazing tho, bir sure I will pick this hotel again.

We stayed here to celebrate my birthday and had a wonderful stay overall. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. We were warmly welcomed, and a lovely member of staff personally showed us to our room and explained the hotel’s facilities. The hotel made my birthday extra special with a beautiful cake and fresh fruit platter waiting in our room, which was a thoughtful touch. We also received a complimentary late check-out, allowing us to enjoy a relaxed morning before leaving. The only downside was breakfast. We arrived as soon as service opened, yet the hot buffet food was cold and dry. Unfortunately, I also found a hair in my latte. While the staff apologised, we were still charged in full and no gesture was made to address the experience. Despite this disappointment, the outstanding service from the staff throughout the rest of our stay was second to none. We felt genuinely welcomed and well looked after, and we would happily return in the future.

This was probably one of the best properties we’ve ever stayed at. The staff coordinate everything from your boat to the island, your arrival and welcome tutorial, to your departure. The rooms are unreal; absolutely stunning. The spa was incredible. The free yoga class was a wonderful benefit. And the included breakfast was amazing. Any time you need to get around the property there is an adorable car to take you. Going off property you can pay for a taxi (a little pricey) or rent your own vehicle. Couldn’t recommend this place more
