I stay at this property last year when it was under a different owner and absolutely loved it. Fast forward to this year, I was thoroughly surprised to know that it had re-opened! We instantly settled on staying there. The property was easy to find and perfectly situated just a few blocks from Bourbon Street. Very easy to access, clean, spacious, comfortable and most of all we felt safe. The pool is such an added bonus! It's situated on the rooftop and made for a nice afternoon wind down. The owner was always accessible and offered wonderful recommendations. We were locked out in the middle of the night and had to call the customer service line and they had us back inside within second. The coffee shop/bar downstairs is such a fun surprise! Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is older (as are most in NOLA) but moderately well kept. We had a loft room that we couldn’t stay in because the loft area would not get cool. Maintenance even adjusted the vents with no help. The staff was wonderful though with accommodating us with another equivalent room. Although we will likely not stay here again (due to the aesthetics of the property) , I’d like to make it known that all of the staff were very kind and helpful. Also, a microwave was available on request. Btw…it was cheaper to park on the street but you have to pay every 2 hours vs daily.

Very clean room, extra large and long white pillows that were great for snuggling while sleeping. Bell Captain’s (Ryan) were especially helpful and knowledgeable. Property very convenient to the French Quarter and just one block away from Bourbon Street. Far enough away not to hear the crazy sounds but close enough to get into the action if you wish. Back in a half away from Jackson square and two blocks away from Cafe Du Monde.

Impressive! You would have to experience it for yourself; put this property on your destination list! So much thought went into the details. This was our second stay, and it was just as amazing as before.

Great location and family friendly.

I'm giving this 3 stars because of a mix of good and bad. The good: The apartment was nice, spacious and well furnished. The beds were comfortable and a good size. We couldn't hear the neighbors next to us or above us (although that could be because they weren't home). The parking garage was secure and we didn't have trouble finding a spot close to our room. The place was only a few minutes drive from downtown/Beale St. The bad: The dryer was broken and clearly had been for quite some time. Which was a shame because we were planning on doing laundry. Shouldn't be allowed to advertise washer/dryer when it's not functional. The toilet leaked when flushed. Luckily there was a second toilet in the unit. It's unknown if this one was ever fixed, as no one fixed it in the 2 days we were there. The one bedroom has a bright light right outside the window that stays on all night. The blinds do not adequately block out the light. If you like sleeping with a night light, you're in luck. The other bedroom has windows that block out zero noise. You will hear every car that drives by on the street, that is only a few feet away. If you like sleeping with white noise, you're in luck. The appliances are outdated. Not a big deal, but they are out of the 1990s. Overall, if you're looking for a place to stay near downtown with 2 beds and you're a deep sleeper, this place is nice. If you're planning on using the laundry and kitchen a lot, I'd look elsewhere.

Great property and location

The apartment was clean and enough space to accommodate everyone. It was difficult to get in touch with the property especially on the weekends. We requested additional covers which we never received. There were only two rolls of toliet tissue in each bathroom and I was there for 4 nights/5 days. The beds could be more comfortable but overall it was a great stay.
