Satisfied stay at clean and a reasonable price hotel at prime location at Gangnam area.

The location of the hotel is good; it's a fairly easy walk to many of the central sites of interest to tourists, and not far from the central business district. The breakfast is varied, though the hours are a bit limited for a late sleeper like me - breakfast closed promptly at 9:30 am on a weekday. I arrived late at the hotel on my first night - well after midnight - yet the staff were wide awake and friendly, which I really appreciated. The only problem I had was with the electrical power outlets in my room. For some reason, the plugs on my phone chargers fit very loosely, and I had some trouble getting the chargers to stay connected.

The breakfast very expensive. No faceclothes. No cream or milk for coffee was a pain. Easy to get to everything walkable. convenice store at corner big help. Bring your own coffee it horrible here. Canada

Very clean, staff was friendly and very helpful. Great location, only about a 10 min walk from myongdong shopping street! I recommend this hotel!

Pool and restaurant options

A very cool hotel for a more luxury option vs Paradise City I highly recommend. The room is amazing and once of the best beds I have slept in. The staff is friendly and accommodating! Also the service is top notch!! IF I had any issue it was the Casino...it was average at best.

I loved the room..It's big and spacious. Bigger than in pictures..I was pleasantly surprised. The ONLY negative thing that stopped me from giving 5 stars was the check-in. I arrived in a taxi..When I arrived and my escorted from the taxi the concierge asked which tower I was in. When I told him Ocean Tower, he explained that was the furthest one, handed me my luggage and gave me directions. I got so lost, it was another customer who ultimately helped me find where to go. I think there should be concierge at the main lobby to take customers to the Ocean Tower as well. That seemed a little rude to me. Other than that, it's a great hotel. I would definitely recommend.
