Breakfast buffet was great, a wider variety of food to select from. Room was generally clean and nice. Staff at the front desk were helpful in asking our questions. Definitely would love to stay here again!

We had to wait 2 hours for checkin. I know the check in time is 3 pm, but there are always some rooms that are ready earlier. Then at 3pm there were many people checking in at the same time. I liked the location. Airport limusine in front of the hotel for 18000 won. one washing machine and one dryer for the entire hotel. we paid a higher price with expedia, but the room was on the 11th floor with a nice view. we did not have time for breakfast unfortunatelly. There was some renovation gaing on in the foyer when we were there.

Overall hotel was very good! Location was awesome, staff excellent, bathroom was huge and up to date. Bed was comfortable, but room temp was hard to regulate, electric outlets in room were in poor condition, but the one in the bathroom was excellent, so charging items in bathroom was necessary. No usb or other charging options.

The room was great as was the location for what I needed. No possible early check in and the breakfast were disappointing.

I wanted to cool down the room temperature but it works for heat only when I stay so I had to leave the window open and outside people could see inside of my room.

Excellent experience. From start to finish. They allowed for us to check-in early no extra fee. Very generous on their part. Room was exceptionally clean and bed very comfortable. The MEGA Bites section, with pastries were delicious and the mojito I had was the best mojito I have ever had in years. Mind you, mojito is my country’s specialty and they did a better one. I recommend to anyone wanting to have a peaceful, accommodating, experience in Seoul. Not too far from anywhere really, right in the middle. I will definitely book again.

Excellent hotel. Very clean. A bit far from myeongong and subway station. It is still considered as a walking distance.
