Payton at the front desk was extremely nice and so was Sam

The wait to check in was 45 minutes. The staff that checked us in was annoyed and unapologetic. The pizza from the market was burnt and so hard that the crust came off when my son tried to pick it up. He wouldn't eat it - he's 10 and will eat almost anything. When we were leaving, the same staff member that checked us in was walking in while we were walking out laden with luggage pushed past us though the door and didn't wait for us to fully exit the building. The pool area is really cool though and it's very kid friendly. Not enough to get me to come back though.

There’s was roaches in our first room they had to move us the following day. Elevator for parking lot not working and w head a double stroller. The experience is okay

The only issue we had was with the shower. The door doesn’t close all the way and a lot of water would end up on the floor going through all the cracks.

The location was beautiful; rooms were updated and everything was extremely clean. Availability of filtered water was awesome!!! Nice rooftop bar.

Loved the rooftop pool and hot tub, room was very nice.

It was clean and quiet, didn't like that we had to pay deposit nothing was mentioned when made reservations online

We really enjoyed our stay! The staff was very helpful and welcoming. We used the bicycles offered and enjoyed sightseeing.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mission Bay Resort. We enjoyed coffee shop, the walking path each morning, the fireworks from Sea World and the friendly wait staff in the pool area. The daily fees are a little expensive especially since there isn’t any amenities besides the pool. The hot tub is super small, but the large pool makes up for it. We enjoyed the restaurants and the food.
