Staff was very friendly, the facility was very nice, and very clean. They could use some sort of air freshener for the rooms but other than that no issues. Not that there was unpleasant smell but just a bit stale. Nonetheless, I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 days. We had 3 rooms, were a family of 9 including children and we loved our stay. The hotel is very modern, very clean and the staff go above and beyond. The male staff downstairs are all so helpful, the receptionists are great and the breakfast buffet staff were so great. We used the gym and sauna which were well kept. The temperature of the swimming pool was warm and we loved that. Good location, we were able to walk to food spots for dinner every night.

We really enjoyed our 1 night stay here, the staff were without exception friendly and helpful. We ate in the restaurant, food was lovely, however I thought a little pricey. Breakfast was excellent and included. Trip to airport is approx $40 dollars but feel it was worth staying a bit further away from airport to be in such lovely surroundings. Highly recommended.

The property was clean with a resort vibe. Just what we needed the night before we flew out. Very convienently located cloae to the airport! We love staying some where breakfast is included and was really good!

This is an older property that needs some updating. There is nothing really special to distinguish it from any other basic hotel. The window shades in our room were tattered. The on-site restaurant served one of the worst Cuban sandwich we have had, however the breakfast was good. They have limited hours for their free shuttle to the airport. It did serve the purpose of a room close to the airport before flying out.

This was a great hotel for our stay in San Jose. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help. Check in was smooth and efficient, our room was fine, and we enjoyed using the pool (although it is cold) and the onsite restaurant.

Fantastic grounds, a birders paradise. Staff friendly & helpful. Dinner options could be better. Room spacious vet comfortable.
