The hotel is well located, food is good, variety of restaurants, the partys are good although it should include more latin music skip that electronic crap. The nightclub is separate you have to pay entrance.

where do I begin.. This resort was easily 5 stars for me. Everyone was sooo amazing & hospitable. The place was clean, spacious, the staff were all so attentive and helpful. I went for a solo birthday trip, & not once did I ever feel unsafe or lonely. I stayed on the reserve adult side, had a personal concierge- Zenovia, she was so amazing. She went out of her way to make sure my birthday went amazing, and even went out of her way to try to surprise me with decorations in the room and everything. She was just so sweet and thoughtful. Always checked in on me and sent the daily activities available and took care of all of my dinner reservations. Every day there was an activity to do! From painting, bachata classes, salsa classes, chocolate tasting, wine tasting, etc & every night they had live DJ and performers, it was super lively. Jose & Victor were also amazing. They always tried to include people to come join them and dance. This place was also great if you just wanted to wind down and just relax. I will say the food was okay. But everything overall was a 10/10. I plan revisit. Although it was a huge resort it never felt crowded or suffocating. The resort was also in a gated community along with the other hotels which felt safe too as a solo traveler. I’d recommend everyone come here. Whether it’s solo, with a partner, with your family or friends. I had such an amazing birthday trip.
