10/10 Exceptional! (31 reviews)
No hot water in the bathroom, we had to run the bath and shower for over 25 mins each time before any hot water came, then it was only luke warm.
Very disappointing.
Room cleaners were not consistent with their routine answers had at ask for more water and plates etc

9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,004 reviews)
The whole experience was enjoyable, just like we experienced last year. We come here on our return from visiting family and pamper ourselves a couple of days before the long flight home. This establishment will remain our first choice. Thanks to the entire staff.

Great place, lots to do or just chill by the pool. The beach is sort of a disappointment, but overall the place is excellent! Shout to the staff at bar and restaurant, Melmar is the man if there is something you need.
