The hotel is very clean, with two restaurants and bar on rooftop. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Free transport to and from airport. Rooms are small but nice, with free water, as well as purchasable drinks in fridge. Very good food day and night. Mall across the street and access to Cebu proper by cab, crab or motorbike. Love it.

Family of three here traveling with a 8 month old baby Hotel provided a crib honestly I loved everything about this place customer service is top notch!! What really set them apart though my baby boy bumped his head during our stay and they had medical staff on site paramedic reassured us everything was ok. Now the room was excellent we loved the bathtub so we could clean our baby I did not gamble but the casino floor is very luxury and loved the selection of restaurants inside the resort the breakfast Buffett was on point everyday the staff always took time to say hello and ensure all our needs were met Would absolutely recommend you spend the money to stay here so worth it Only 2 very small minor complaints getting back into the hotel from the SRP Road can be a headache would love to see a dedicated traffic light entrance for the hotel and 2nd the bidet the battery for the remote kept dying those are my only 2 gripes 10 out of 10 would absolutely stay again

Everything about this hotel was great. The only thing I noticed is about the breakfast. Breakfast is served between 6am-10am. The first day we were there we got to breakfast around 9am I think, the food was already cold. The next day we came to breakfast around 7am and the food was perfect, warm and delicious. Other than that minor detail, Seda Central Bloc is aces in my book. I would stay here again and again.

The staff at The Reef is second to none. I was especially impressed with Jay at check in/out, Jed and Clayde. I highly recommend this resort!
