Too quiet , not ideal place for young people. Facility is clean , very accommodating staff / friendly but the only drawback- road to the resort too rough , even tricycles a bit hesitant to drive you there. The place a bit far from places to eat & Alona beach too !

If you want to get away from it all , this is the place, this little island . No casino , no golf club, no cars, no TV, only adults , landscaping lovingly maintained , but not excessively, super friendly staff, incredible massage team. Bring books and relax and sleep off your stress , on this island you are condemned to do nothing but enjoy the hospitality.

This hotel was amazing, the rooms were fantastic, the breakfast buffet was delicious, but the staff were the best. I believe their names were Joan (there were 2 ladies named Joan) and Shem (I didn't get the spelling), they were the most helpful and nicest people ever at the breakfast buffet. I highly recommend this hotel. The only drawback, they really didn't want you swimming in the ocean - the first time they said it was after 5 and no lifeguard was on duty, the second time it was the middle of the day and they said no lifeguard on duty. There were several groups wanting in, finally they brought a lifeguard and we were able to get in water. They really need to fix that - just let it be swim at your own risk. Snorkeling didn't seem to be that great, clear water but not much to see.

Staff amazing and the room was everything the photos showed. Great beach Bit to far away from things, 3 weeks was too much and we left earlier than we had booked for Restaurant staff went above and beyond but the food wasn’t the greatest Would certainly recommend it for a shorter stay

Love this place!! But realize…this isn’t a hotel. It’s a Bed & Breakfast…which to me, is so much better!! During the day we had a wonderful lady take care of us. When we woke up she had a wonderful French press coffee for us, made a great breakfast. Provided anything we needed. Our deck was so peaceful in the morning. Waking up, opening up the French doors and listening to the waves. We loved it so much that we stayed an extra day! It’s not a restaurant and definitely not a bar. So forget about that. Breakfast was great but beyond that we walked 2 minutes down the beach and found some great ocean side places with all sorts of choices. Pool needs a good cleaning as it’s a bit murky. This place is about absolute peace. It’s our new getaway location when we need to get out of Cebu city. Oh, and my wife’s fav was the big bathtub. Bring some bath salts and enjoy! Or 15 min away are the natural hot springs. Loved it all!

Second stay at the property, I would stay again despite the indifference of the front desk. The service was improved from my first visit but hospitality is not a thing here. Paul at the Skydeck was the absolute best at customer service, he could teach everyone else on staff how to provide customer service, and they could use a crash course 👍

Room and bathroom adequate in size. Bed and pillows comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Towels in both room and pool need replacing as they are old and worn. Breakfast okay but quite expensive compared to other hotels

The staff were friendly. The family room that we stayed in for three nights on the third floor was extremely noisy from 9pm until 3-4 am. It sounded like there was a nightclub close by. We did not have a restful sleep. I should have asked for another room on the second night.
