Downtown Madison Sightseeing & History with Self-Guided Audio Tour
"This property is about a 10 minute drive to the University. They have free parking for guests. The breakfast buffet is great. The pool and hot tub are nice. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. We would stay here again."
"1* for hotel service. None of the questions were successfully resolved:
1) figuring how to pay for kid for Sunday brunch took 4 days. Nobody knew the answer.
2) Sunday brunch 11-1pm finished at 12:30pm when service left without notifying. Nobody showed up.
3) We forgot an item on table after brunch. Somebody cleaned, but nobody knew the contact person. Nobody reached back. In few days the answer was "sorry, nothing was found"
4) Same for item left in the room after checkout. We were asked to...
"First room wasn't cleaned. Second room has no pillow cases on pillows. Garbage all over the outside. A broken chair just sitting in the grass by a tree. Would not recommend"
