Room was not as advertised! TV was not working; they give you a run around as if it’s someone else’s responsibility.

Hotel location was great. However rooms definitely needs updating. The toilet shower has mold everywhere. Breakfast was very basic. Not like other similar hotels with same price range. Hot breakfast will cost you quite a bit. The hotel grounds need to have better lighting as the rooms are located so far away from the main reception and dinning area and does seem to be unsafe at night.

I stayed in the reef Bure room which was insanely gorgeous with unmatched views with your own private beach access. Very spacious and clean on the far east of the resort. We were generously provided with many complimentary extras such as a buggy, minibar, 30 min massage and a bottle of wine waiting for us in the room. This resort is located on a natural beach so winds were constant since we arrived which was a little disappointing (mid September). Resort had many water activities to participate in when the weather was good like snorkelling, kayaking, jet skiing etc. I will say they’re are big on booking a reservation at certain restaurants and this is done by calling the front desk. Conveniently front desk will only answer these calls when they feel like it and if you decide to just show up to a restaurant due to this, be prepared to face attitude, salt face and lecturing about booking. Unfortunately, due to this system of deciding when to answer our calls we missed out on our massage. I was happy to pay for that regardless to extent the duration however no one wanted to answer. Resort is beautiful however I wish we were given a proper tour, we got quite lost our first night as we arrived in the evening we nearly made our way out of the resort with all the twists and turns, forget about directions or signs. You are on your own to navigate the huge property which the public can also access with cars and buses. Personally I wouldn’t return. I value experience 1st

If you want the best Scuba diving and a beautiful place to stay! choose Voli voli. they are exceptional in service, food was amazing, the property was Beautiful, and Best scuba diving!

The best stay we've experienced here in our homeland. From the amazing food to the lovely staff, there were no bad experiences at all. Travelled with 2 adults & 3 kids, including a 7 month old. We have already made plans to return next year, definitely recommend. You won't regret it! There was an activity for everyone to enjoy, this resort exceeded our expectations. Cannot wait to be back.
