Large hotel room. Clean. Lots of room. Great shower.
You can hear people walking around in the room above. The floor was paper thin and you could hear every step.
Had to re-wash clothing after using the washing machine. It left everything very musty smelling, could use a cleaning cycle.
The location was 15-20 minutes walk to train station, shopping, tourist stuff.

Like it has to be a 5 Star InterContinental worldwide. Service, A+++ Reception staff incredible. Housekeeping the best. Rest & Bar extraordinary. Location the best in Osaka; near to the Osaka Station, so you can go wherever you want by train. Kyoto, Kobe, Nara and more. The city is spectacular. Concierge team one of the best. The follow my request for certain restaurants and the suggestions as well as the think will fit perfectly for us. AGAIN ONE OF THE BEST!

Great English speaking staff. Very welcoming and friendly. Laundry detergent provided for washing machine in unit (though it was extremely slow). Appreciated the location near Kyoto station. Good home base for our travels in the area. Reasonably priced.
