This was our favorite hotel during our trip to Japan. The family room is spacious for Japanese standards and very well equipped. They even provided pajamas and slippers for my daughter. The views from the top floors are amazing and worth spending the extra money. Hotel is conveniently located very close to the main train that takes you directly to the Osaka airport. Clean, friendly staff and great for families.

I had a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. The staff was exceptionally courteous and proactive in attending to my needs, and the entire facility was well-maintained. The location is a major highlight—being just a five-minute walk from the central station and bus hub made navigating the city effortless. I also appreciated the thoughtful extras, particularly the complimentary drink and snack hour, which was a great way to unwind and socialise with other guests. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Kyoto!
