Clean room, good breakfast

Lovely experience in the heart of little Italy with great staff. This isn't a new hotel with a high end lobby bar and rooftop bar. But it's even better in some ways - clean, beautifully located with great views, and while not cheap, good value for money.

Great location. Steps from Times Square, very Spacious and clean room for New York , everything felt very new. Nice gym , very happy with the hotel.

My room was large and clean. The gym and restaurants were great. The only negative I can think of is people can smoke in the casino but you don’t smell it in the rooms.

My stay at The Plaza was absolutely unforgettable and worth every penny!!! If you have the Plaza on your top choices, choose the Plaza, you won’t regret it. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was exceptional. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The room was stunning, elegant, and beautifully maintained. The bedding was unbelievably comfortable, making it hard to get out of bed each morning. I also loved the bathtub, and the fact that the water gets wonderfully hot was a huge plus because that is exactly how I like it after a long day in the city. The spacious closets were another luxury touch that made the stay feel even more elevated. The 24/7 room service was delicious and so convenient, which made relaxing at the hotel even better. The location truly cannot be beaten. Being directly across from Central Park and steps away from some of the best high-end shopping in NYC made the experience even more special. The Plaza is truly a gem of New York City, and I cannot wait to come back!!!

The hotel didn’t provide breakfast. They have their own restaurants but you can always go to the dennys right across the street.

Staff was horrible. I ask the front desk person for a Band-Aid and with an attitude I was told no and I have to buy one. Walked away not giving me a chance to ask questions.

Furniture in the room had stains. Bed skirt was in rough shape with some rips and stains. I didn't expect to see stained/trashed furniture and bedding at the Paris. Other than this, it's a nice property and in a good location. Would probably stay somewhere else next time due to room condition.

Clean room, easy checkin . Very peaceful. Perfect for one! Will come back
