We have stayed at this quest a number of times over the years, the location is very handy, limited car parking, is better now the council uses an app for parking so you dont have to fun out at 8am to feed a parking meter.

Initial booking of hotel was great. Good response and gave us a disabled park near lift. Then reception booked us into a room with no grab bar no toilet with grab bar even though the rooms was advertised as having them. The toilet leaked and smelled really bad. It had a massive amount of silicon around the s bend so had been fixed many times. The lounge chair had no spring left in it you sat on hard floor basically. The view in booking had foliage. We had concrete pylons and a freeway. It was nothing like advertised room. The bed was comfortable .I would not stay in this hotel ever again

The other reviews are totally correct. I didn't think it could be as bad as it was. Very unclean.

Lively and lovely hotel. Great room And facilities. Comfy bed and very clean and great staff. Breakfast is overrated … but lunch and supper well worth it. Will recommend and will return.

Wonderful stay! The hotel was in a fabulous location, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Everything was clean and well maintained. We especially loved the daily brekkie and the evening drink - a lovely touch! Would happily stay again.

I’m very happy with the place and staff were amazing

This place would have got 5 stars on every count if it weren't for the cockroach infested room I was placed in. I wasn't moved when I told staff, had to virtually bed for coackroach spray and they put baits in the day before I was due to leave. Seems they have hitched a ride with me cause I found a couple in my car yesterday. Also though not a problem for me as a solo traveller but the toilet was situated in the shower cubicle.

Amazing large bedrooms , great space for families or groups! Highly recommend based on location. My only errrrs , parking is difficult especially with little babies and kids. my 1.5 yr old also got stuck in a bedroom and accidentally locked himself in and the key wasn’t working. Reception wasn’t answering for ages, upon reaching, someone helped us out with his master key. (Keys and door need looking at and fixing for future) No extra blankets, good working Landry, great patio, large large rooms and three bedroom in the three bedroom unit. Other than that hiccup the place its self is beautiful large and perfect for a family.
