I paid for and booked a panoramic view room and that’s not what I was given. They gave me a room with a balcony instead. Other than that, the hotel was nice and very clean. The staff were great and the view of the tower from the garden lounge was amazing. Overall, it was a great stay.

Our hotel room was quite spacious and clean making our stay here very comfortable. The hotel was within a manageable 20 min walk to Ginza, 24 minutes to Tsukiji market and 12 min to Tokyo station where you can catch the direct shuttle to NRT airport. All in all very satisfied with our stay here.

Could not recommend this hotel and area more. Incredibly quiet despite being so central, walkable from numerous subways and many great less touristy eateries. Front desk were very kind when my young son arrived ahead of us and allowed him up to the room early. The space is compact but an excellent layout. We were in apartment 5 which had a separate living space, loo, bedroom and shower room and a dressing room area with a washer dryer. Made for the most perfect family base to explore Tokyo. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Outstanding apartment style hotel in Tokyo located in a quiet yet very convenient neighbourhood. Staff was extremely helpful, kind and friendly. Room was very spacious with amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and entertainment room. Everything was spotless and like brand new. I highly recommend this hotel if you want somewhere quieter but with lots of amenities and quick access to Ueno, Kanda and Asakusa wards. 5/5 all around!

Breakfast - big let down here as our of the three days we stayed the cafe was closed two days without any previous communication. Initially, we thought it was one day only but it was closed both days without any prior communication. The morning staff is great and tries their level best to deal with guests but cannot do much as management sets the practices in place. Note - location is far away from everything including places to eat and visit. Stay here only if you're going to Disneyland.

Love the location it's right across from the bay and their are shopping malls in walking distance. I will definitely book with them again!

We did really love this property and thr gardens are beautiful but unfortunately there was a huge construction site right next door that completed blocked access to the train station. We weren't informed about this when we booked so we were pretty disappointed about that. We did not eat at the property so cannot comment on the restaurants.

Wonderful hotel deserving of 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! Beautiful decor, awesome buffet breakfast, friendly staff. We stayed six nights in a room with four beds. Great daily service with amenities that impressed us all. Definitely would return 😊

Great location in Ginza and perfect room view if you book the end unit king room!

This was such a cool hotel! The finishes in the room were so nice and while it was compact, it was very efficient. We had a Superior Double room and we only stayed one night before traveling to NRT. We had a lot of luggage (too many souvenirs!) so I think it would have been tight for more nights. But it was so nice. The staff were so great and helpful and while we did not use the bar or restaurant, it looked really cool and the food looked great. We would definitely stay here again!

Breakfast was excellent. Would recommend to include the buffet in your stay since it's not easy to find a western Breakfast in the area. Our bathroom had a grate cover over an open drain and had a constant unpleasant sewage smell. We did not mention this to the staff but figured we would in our review. Hotel is recommended
