Great place to stay. Staff was great. The only thing was I was charged at check out for room cleaning and incidentals. I don’t mind paying for room cleaning but the little things like shampoo, toothbrush and etc…. I thought was free. I feel bad because I didn’t know this was considered incidentals and denied using any incidentals and the charge was removed. (I thought it only pertained to the mini bar). The next hotel stay is where I understood what incidentals involved. I’m so sorry for not understanding. I would stay there again. Supermarket in the basement was great and what we missed at the next hotel stay.

Excellent value for money - we did try a few hotels in Japan and Prince Sakura Tower clearly stands out as the perfect one Do note that there is a bit of walk (around 10 min door to door) from the hotel to Shinagawa station
