Haka Hotel Wanaka -A very nice place to stay. A summary: - Pre-arrival contact: We were contacted before our arrival to confirm the booking, etc.; - Parking: Parking is available at the hotel for guests, but may be limited. Check with hotel when booking. - Check-in: Check-in was very efficient and helpful;. - Room readiness: The room was ready and very well presented. - Bathroom + toiletries: the bathroom was very clean and the toiletries were very nice; - Storage/cupboards: There was clothes hanging space and drawers. - Tea and coffee making: There was tea and coffee making and a small refrigerator. - Bed: The bed was very nice to sleep in. - Pillows: There were 2 pillows per person. - Locality/restaurants/shops: The location is very central and there were many restaurants, cafe's, shops and convenience stores within walking distance. The main shopping, area of the city is also within walking distance. - Hotel dining - no dining is available in-house. - Laundry for guests: there is a laundry but note it is credit card use only, no coin operation. Recommended.

The room was clean and comfortable, in a great location with excellent views. The name “Marine Terrace Apartments” was a little misleading for the studio room we booked, as it was more like a compact hotel room rather than a self-contained apartment. We had expected facilities such as a kitchenette, small lounge, and dining area, which were not included. That said, the stay was still enjoyable overall, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Big unit, lots of room, clean, large kitchen and fridge. Heaters throughout the unit, nice balcony.

Nice spacious studio room, had in room laundry. Kitchen was great to cook in.

Excellent Stay with Unbeatable Views! We had an absolutely wonderful time here. Everything about the park was excellent, from the warm and professional staff to the incredibly well-maintained facilities. The location is perfect—just a short, scenic walk into town and right next to the springs.

Lovely staff. Room clean and tidy. Beds comfy and good ammenities . Excellent shower - finally a decent shower with an adjustable rail! Shower dome a bonus so you didn’t get left with a steamy bathroom. Quick walk into town.
