Very disappointing and unprofessional experience.
I arrived at the hotel at around 7:00 PM, only to be told that my room was still not ready and needed to be cleaned. I was advised that it would likely not be available until around 9:00 PM. The staff apologised and offered me a meal while I waited, which I appreciated, but having to wait until 9 PM for a hotel room is simply not acceptable.
Once I finally got into the room, everything initially seemed fine. However, the complimentary wine that was advertised as part of the stay was nowhere to be found, and no one mentioned or provided it.
More concerningly, I found hairs in the bathtub, which made me question how thoroughly the room had actually been cleaned, especially considering the two-hour delay was supposedly because the room was being prepared.
Overall, the experience fell well below what I would expect from a hotel of this standard. Very disappointing.
