Very nice and well kept property with great rooms and service. Rooftop pool is a bonus. Hotel is a few minutes taxi ride from all major attractions.

Great location. Rooms were good but could do with a bit of tlc especially in the bathrooms. We had like warm water most of the time which was fine. Shower area could have done with a bit of a deep clean and some minor maintenance but was absolutely fine. Large spacious bedroom and good aircon. Breakfast was good. Limited selection of fruit and meats/cheeses but cooked to order eggs, pancakes and Cambodian dishes which were all very good. Plentiful

Unique Vietnamese traditional design. Great service, nice and friendly staff always check to make sure that your stay is comfortable, which completely outweighs a few minor issues. The restaurant serves really great, authentic traditional Vietnamese food.

Great place to stay at. Room was very clean and staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast was included at level 10. There is a large variety of food to try including breads, omelette, vietnamese traditional food and pho. The pool was at level 10 and need to pay per use. Need to know that it might be noisy at night as it is right above beer street and vietnamese do party till late at night. Can hear the music at night as well from the hotel room.

EXCELLENT HOTEL in every way - perfectly clean, comfortable, modern, amazing service by every single staff there, perfect location with everything just around it, great breakfast, totally lovely and relaxing pool area with music and pool bar - simply said, it's a true oasis of peacefulness in the middle of a very hustling-bustling city. We stayed in another hotel in Hanoi, so we can compare, and this hotel was the best decision we could make. We all were looking forward to come back to this hotel from our outings. Whatever the management there is doing there - thank you, you are doing a fantastic job! Don't change anything please.

Great location and a great value/price, but let's not kid ourselves. This is not a 5-star type of location. It is an excellent value/part of the experience of traveling to Ha Noi.

Staff were very helpful and attentive. Good range for breakfast with a great view of the catherdral.
