The location and parking was important especially as the weather was wet and cold. We had an event walking distant from the hotel, we also had access to a restaurant for dinner and a cafe for breakfast.
The tea and coffee making and toiletries in bathroom suited us as it was an overnight stay.
The website needs to be updated as it stated need to use stairs, no mention of lift.

It was a clean room. Close to everything. The outside noise was really loud and we checked in late and reception had forgotten to give us a car park fob.
