Southern Moreton Bay Islands Fishing Holidays

Our room was a bit tired. All the chattels like mirowave, drier etc was very old. The drier didn't work well at all. Bathroom leaked water everywhere and was dirty and mouldy. We were there for a long stay of 10 days, the reception would not give us any dry new towels when asked which was disappointing, even when told the drier in room was not working.

Great ocean view, clean room, excellent location. Outdoor and indoor spa, steam room and sauna was good too.

The room was clean inside except for the ensuite which had water leaking from the toilet ,running accross the floor. The pool and balcony area were filthy. The pool was cold in spite of there being a pool heater which wasn't operational. When we complained about it to Q Stay( they mange the apartment on behalf of a private owner) they said the pool is not advertised as being heated. Q Stay said they would send house keeping to clean inside but not outside. House keeping didn't come during our stay. Soul management could help because it is a privately owned apartment. It seems the owner is probably to tight to spend on cleaning and maintenance.

This was the best GC apartment we have stayed in. The staff was friendly and helpful from the start to the end of our stay. The apartment was lovely, comfortable with great outlooks. It was located in a convenient location and the apartment is well maintained.

A beautiful hotel with very comfortable beds. service is excellent and ultra clean facility. The Japanes restaurant it outstanding as well.

Property is run down and need a serious face lift. Not worth the money.

For the price we paid the room was really run down and not cleaned properly.The vents were full of dust and mould on bathroom basins,kitchen cupboards were full of dust and mould.Showers were so dirty,we had to scrub it before shower.Not recommended.
