Tuvimos una experiencia muy bonita en el Royalton Punta Cana. Fuimos en familia, un grupo de 19 personas, para celebrar los 18 años de mi hermano y realmente disfrutamos muchísimo nuestra estadía.
Queremos destacar especialmente las excelentes atenciones de Jeifry, quien siempre estuvo pendiente de nosotros y nos brindó un trato amable, atento y muy profesional. Estamos muy agradecidos por su disposición y por contribuir a que nuestra celebración fuera aún más especial.
Nos llevamos muy lindos recuerdos en familia. ¡Muchas gracias por todas las atenciones!

From the exact moment my family and I set foot on the resort, everything was absolute perfection! We were warmly welcomed by Martin, who took incredible care of us right away and made sure our check-in and transition to our room was smooth, effortless, and friendly.
The entire resort team made our vacation special:
The Drinks: Delicious, fresh, and expertly crafted every single time.
The Entertainment Team: High energy, fun, and kept everyone entertained throughout the entire stay.
The Pool Staff: Absolutely 10/10 service!
What stood out the most was the atmosphere—every single staff member always had a genuine smile on their face, and they were consistently polite, attentive, and helpful. We couldn't have asked for a better family getaway. We will definitely be back!
