I booked Alltrue Hotel Bintan after leaving another hotel due to safety concerns, and I’m glad I did. The hotel felt much safer, cleaner, and more comfortable. The room condition was much better, and I was able to finally settle down properly for my solo trip. As a solo traveller, feeling safe in the room is very important, and Alltrue gave me that peace of mind. It may not be a beach resort, but it works well as a comfortable base in Tanjung Pinang. What stood out most was the service. During one of my outings, I ended up at a place where I could not get a Grab back to the hotel. I contacted the hotel, and they arranged a vehicle to pick me up. That really helped me a lot, especially as I was travelling alone and not familiar with the area. Overall, Alltrue Hotel Bintan was a reliable and reassuring stay. It gave me the safety, comfort, and support I needed after a stressful start to my trip. I would recommend it especially to solo travellers who want a cleaner, safer, and more convenient hotel base in Tanjung Pinang.

We stayed at KPMT for 7 nights - we loved it! The kelong room was beautifully presented and very clean and comfortable - we especially loved having two private decks with sunrise and sunset experiences. From Day 1 we were made to feel welcome when Tony the resort manager introduced himself and gave us useful tips for our stay. Every day was a lovely, relaxing experience - we were well looked after by the best reception team (led by Ikri), fed delicious and healthy meals by Aktar and Ian, greeted by lovely smiles and hellos from ALL the staff - all busy every day doing their tasks - from room cleans, to towels and water bottles, to gardening team and engineering to our friendly but very efficient night security - always felt safe! KPMT is only 1 year old and only getting better - if you need to truly unwind and relax, be fed delicious food, and be looked after and greeted by the loveliest staff surrounded by water and nature - you must visit KPMT! It is the beautiful water and environment that drew us to this resort - to all those that visit after us - remember why you love it, look after it, don’t throw your litter (use the many bins provided). We are looking forward to going back to see the whole team and the lovely water and kelongs - keep up the great work team - see you next time - Thankyou so much for a wonderful stay!

Rooms are very basic. The linens were not very clean and had stains on them. There was also no view from the window. The staff were not helpful at all. I would recommend looking for other places to stay in the area.
