The hotel environment was conducive, clean and quiet. The hotel room is spacious and good size for 2 person and all staff are polite, approachable and helpful.
I and my family stayed for 5 nights and we felt comfortable and well rested.
We will comeback to this hotel and will surely recommend to our family & friends.

We had a great experience at this hotel. Shinjuku station was a bit of a walk, but not terrible. Some of the hotel reviews mention hot rooms. Ours was the opposite.
