Room was cleaned and towels replaced daily. Staff very helpful and quick to respond! We had trouble with our room safe and maintenance was there with in minutes once notified! Food was always fresh and large variety of items in buffet.

They gave us a smaller room then we had paid for, I had read this has happened to others. We raised this concern to them, and they did end up giving us the room we had paid for.

I love this hotel. The staff is phenomenal, the rooms are terrific. They treat you like royalty every time you arrive. I’ve probably stayed in 20 hotels in Cabo San Lucas and I keep coming back to this one because they are so great.
