Mexico Fishing Holidays

The resort is well maintained, clean, large rooms/bathrooms, and has a nice beach with snorkeling. We enjoyed our stay there. The only problem is the buffet in the La Posada restaurant which the food was horrendous. The other restaurant options were excellent.

Quedé encantada con el personal, todos absolutamente todos los trabajadores fueron muy cordiales, educados y muy atentos. Si comida fue muy buena y fresca. Definitivamente fue una experiencia muy memorable.

First Visit, Already Home My daughter and I stayed at the Four Seasons Punta Mita for the first time, and our experience was absolutely wonderful. From the incredible pool and beautiful surroundings to the impeccable cleanliness and exceptional staff, everything was truly amazing. What stood out most was how welcomed and comfortable we felt throughout our stay. It genuinely felt like a home away from home. We loved every minute of our visit and will definitely be back soon!

The hotel itself is fantastic. The rooms are beautiful and well maintained, the amenities including the gym and spa are both outstanding. Carlos who provided service by the beach was incredible. However, most things were 85% done correctly meaning everything was kind of off. The butler service was lacking. They offered reservations for dining and golf that they later could not fulfill including a room service order that came an hour late. Orders at breakfast were slightly wrong. When alerted of this, the staff (especially Fatima and Giovanni) did their best to make it right, but it did have us saying they need to make changes to get guests to return to the property.
