The Mereva was closed and had to change to the Nerea Hotel. It was much nicer because it was actually open. I had rented a room for 6 nights for two adults and one child and the rooms were all for couples only. They added a sofa bed, and it worked but no privacy. The restaurant was not fully stocked, the workers tried their best with what they have, but it’s not fare for them and the customers. Extremely expensive food, and location not easily accessible if you don’t have a car good luck. The workers at the Nerea try the best to provide you with a good experience but with out the right tools it fails.

I love this hotel. The lobby is stunning and fountains everywhere are so relaxing. The spa is top notch as well as all the staff members. I highly recommend Playa Grande and will be staying here again very soon.
