Everything about my stay was over and above! All the staff was professional a d very helpful. I highly recommend Amatara Wellness resort. Highly recommend booking the room with your own pool. Surrounded by nature and beauty, superb treatments, great food and great staff.

Returned here after 24 years: the last time was for our honeymoon. Had a wonderful time again! 5 stars all around. I hope to return again soon.

We were amazed to have access to all 3 hotels as part of the Ayana resort with their amazing pools, rooftop bars, private beach and the SAKA Museum as well. So many activities to choose from, fantastic staff, beautiful room, and so much to do. We loved Luna Rooftop Bar with DJ and amazing views, even more than the Rock Bar which is massive these days compare to 10 years ago..Also loved the peacefulness of the Forest Pool and Bar at Rimba.. a great stay indeed!

Had an amazing time on our Honeymoon here! The resort is beautiful and very well maintained. Snorkeling from our resort was also great — plenty to see without having to venture too far. Food was great everyday — the high tea everyday deserves a special mention. We also had a treatment at the spa, which was simply extraordinary, and I would highly recommend. Scuba at the Dive Shop is a must do IMO — I did a couple dives with Mansi, our instructor, which were breathtaking. Mansi is very patient and enthusiastic, and I look forward to being back to scuba! Midhun, our butler, was amazing and super thoughtful — it was super easy to plan and arrange reservations with him, and he always made sure we were having a good time! We also visited the clinic a couple times — Dr Praveen and his team are very kind and considerate, and checked up on us multiple times throughout our visit. Overall the resort was nothing short of paradise for our honeymoon, and I would strongly recommend it!

Located on the steep hills on the outskirts of Ubud, we chose this hotel based solely on its location and the photos we found online. As with any booking made from pictures alone, your imagination inevitably starts to paint a picture of what the hotel and its surroundings might actually be like. The road leading to the hotel is narrow—at times it feels as though there's barely enough room for the taxi to pass. Winding through rice fields and dense jungle, the journey itself builds a sense of anticipation. Eventually, you arrive at the hotel entrance, where a gently sloping driveway leads down to the reception area, offering your first glimpse of what awaits. We arrived late in the evening, making it difficult to fully appreciate the setting at first. Even so, it immediately felt like a hidden jungle retreat, and the atmosphere was simply breathtaking. The pool area, located a short walk down from the reception, is undoubtedly the jewel in the hotel's crown. Perched above a deep ravine and surrounded by lush tropical jungle, it offers spectacular views and an overwhelming sense of peace and tranquillity. The rooms are spread throughout the property, connected by pathways that wind through the lush gardens. Although the resort has more than 70 rooms and villas, it never feels crowded. I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Umana Bali (Villa 112) from 6–9 June 2026, and every moment of my stay was nothing short of exceptional. From pre-arrival right through to departure, the entire Umana team consistently delivered warm, genuine, and attentive service. Every interaction felt thoughtful and personalised — the team was always friendly, highly responsive, and truly committed to making the experience seamless and memorable. I would also like to sincerely thank Ary, and Angely for answering my questions prior to my arrival, and Bapak Tofik for his outstanding support throughout my stay. They were prompt in responses, incredibly accommodating, and handled every request with ease. Having breakfast at Commune was also another highlight of my stay. There was a buffet selection plus made-to-order dishes. Everything was excellent, with a great variety of high-quality options, beautifully presented and delicious. The buffet section was not huge but you can always request something you like and the team will try to accommodate.
