Easy to get to from Heathrow airport. Clean comfortable room. No airport noise at all. Bus trip into Feltham for shopping and a pub around the corner.

I wish all staff at a hotel were as good as this place. BIG shoutout to Cecelia who not only was always cheerful and helpful but she brings our emergency delivery right to our hotel door. Definitely recommend !

We stayed 7 nights and had a wonderful experience. Check-in was a breeze, our room was comfortable and came with many nice amenities, including a snack bar with cold beverages and chips that were replenished daily. The breakfast was superb, with many, many food choices. The location was ideal for walking just about anywhere but also close to the Metro if needed. We appreciated the access to sparkling water in the lobby and the apples and tasty sweet treats in reception to make us feel at home. Without exception, the staff was terrific in offering assistance and ideas for sightseeing.

The hotel was not worth 4 stars. The lobby and rooms felt like a 3 star. The walls of the rooms were not clean and most things seemed quite old.

We stayed 7 nights and had a wonderful experience. Check-in was a breeze, our room was comfortable and came with many nice amenities, including a snack bar with cold beverages and chips that were replenished daily. Room upgrade was not told to us ahead of time; the upgrade had stairs and bulky chairs. We finally got ‘downgraded’ to our original room booking which we much preferred due to not being below the rooftop terrace and no stairs.

I arrived at the hotel earlier than the scheduled check-in time while it was raining, and requested early check-in. As a Gold member through Expedia, I was disappointed to learn that the hotel does not recognize Expedia status, even though a room was available. I ended up waiting nearly five hours before they finally allowed me to check in after I asked again. Unfortunately, the staff were quite unfriendly throughout the experience, and I didn’t feel welcome at all. Because of this, I won’t be returning on my next visit. While the hotel itself is beautifully designed with a unique, artsy theme, the surrounding area felt a bit sketchy, especially at night.
