No microwave as listed. Pool was not free and only takes gcash. Room reserved for 4 people but only supplies for 2….. towels,slippers, water. Listing had a couch but there is none. Host has never replied to my messages.

Amazing hotel. Great service, staff, food, gym, pool, very clean, very convenient. I love this hotel.

This was my 3rd year in a row staying at this hotel when in Davao for its location, security for guests and personable staff from front reception “Brent”, food server “Tracy” at the breakfast buffet all the way to their spa staff “Melody”. These people epitomized hard work, dedication and commitment to their respective task and shows the utmost respect to us customers. My deep frustration is the cleanliness of this facility first off, the room we stayed on our first night had the moldy smell, shower room that was not properly cleaned due to the fact that a used and open bar soap was still laying around. Floors were sticky, curtains dingy, windows leading to the veranda overlooking the pool was splattered with bird poop. I’ve brought this complaints before but obviously had fallen to deaf ears, is it because this is the best a Dusit Thani caliber can offer to a place like Davao so it’s just good enough? As a person born and raise in this place I find this insulting because I know that management of an internationally known hotel like Dusit Thani can do better!
