Had a great time and especially the morning house keeper Mei Ling. I dunno if I spelled it correctly but she is a ray of sunshine! She is a keeper! She loves what she does and she is kind to us. The buffet was spectacular but one of our companions slipped on the floor and was not offered any compensation but a bag of cold compress. The pool is good, the staff at the resto were attentive. The the Tarik guy is A+ also the guy who was serving koi roti.

Hotel is very nicely presented, buildings and pools look impressive although things seem a bit tired when you look in detail. Food was ok, but also missing the Malaysian restaurant all week so that was limiting. Breakfast buffet ok nothing amazing. On a plus so many loungers by the pool and beach.
But one major problem, where we stayed on the resort there is a music venue over the road and it plays music all night Fridays and Saturdays, still music going at 9am! Could not sleep. Be warned, staff know about it but didn’t have any apology

It is an average hotel, mainly for conferences (as it had 5+ conference rooms). The location was near the Straits of Johore, and thats why we choose it. Unfortunately there is nothing around the hotel except army facilities and buildings - no local shops. Due to road works the road trip took over 30 minutes to get the hotel. One of the best features of the hotel was the free bus trip to the MRT station, for a quick and very cheap trip back to the airport.
