The apartment was very nice, but staff and services were poor.
The WiFi was so unstable as to be useless resulting in daily frustration as I tried in vain to handle email, make arrangements, and so on.
Parking was available in front of our building initially, but then suddenly not. One evening I drove around for 30 minutes finally got a spot on the far side of the resort after someone left.
When I complained about the WiFi, they first acted surprised, then worked with me to log in and finally admitted it was "unstable" and claimed that it was a common problem in the area, which turned out to be false as I was able to log onto WiFi everywhere we went in Trinity Beach, Cairns, and even deep in the Daintree Rainforest. He said he would text me the password for their Starlink service, which he said was for emergencies and such, but never did.
The last day we were there they blocked the parking in front of our building to designate 2 of the 6 parking spaces for staff only, leaving 4 for the 6 units. So much for putting the customer first.
The gym was pitiful; a tiny dark room with one treadmill, one elliptical, one bike machine, and some sort of combo strength machine.
The resort property is small, dense, and surrounded by many other private residences a cramped and confusing layout with a tiny pool.

Older but clean property. I was notified of the construction before and after booking (cheaper price). Noisy but finished about 4pm each day. Hard to relax on the balcony with the noise and workmen sometimes at eye level. I was lucky and still got a partial ocean view. Would I stay again for the discounted rate - no!

Overall our family enjoyed our stay. The kitchen & wait staff were exceptional— buffet breakfast was full of great options & delicious. The pool was lovely & poolside staff were friendly & hospitable.
We have a few complaints unfortunately. Firstly, the ibises are very intrusive which made it unpleasant to eat poolside. Our lunch, albeit covering it with the lid, was taken by swooping ibises (which the wait-staff kindly replaced) but this made us hesitant to buy food & eat poolside. The poolside shower was quite dirty. We couldn’t enjoy the TV at night because the wifi is too slow for chrome-cast which is the only option for streaming (movies were constantly buffering & disconnecting). We weren’t able to use the poolside ordering QR code even though we had location/privacy services enabled. We were disappointed with the games room which was mostly pay-to-play, the table tennis rackets were damaged & the table-hockey took our coins but did not release any pucks, so the kids were unable to use this. I think it might be better to have some board & card games available, or activities for families to do together. The water pressure from the shower was low & exhaust in the bathroom doesn’t work well. There aren’t drying facilities available aside from a retractable clothes line in the bathroom but without ventilation it isn’t helpful.
We would stay again for the staff & location but I think some facilities need to be improved to make it more enjoyable— especially for families.

I can say it is a very nice place.
Only one problem, one of the lifts didn't work , so 30 levels depending on one lift.

This is a great place to stay if you want to be right in Broadbeach. Great selection of swimming pools and also a sauna. Easy undercover parking also. The room was a bit dated but nice and clean and awesome view for people watching. Will definitely stay there again.
