One thing we did not like were the mattresses, really bad mattress and we have bad backs sleeping on them. Additionally i was surprised to see there is extra separate charge to use the spa facilities as one of the reasons i booked this hotel was the spa. It wasnt made clear on the booking this is the case and it is sad if this is something all hotels have started to do?"
