The staff were unhelpful. The Wi-Fi was not working, and they kept saying they would send someone to check it, but the problem was never fixed. There was also no heating in the room. When we complained, they simply told us to cover ourselves well. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience

The room was very small, which made our stay a bit challenging, especially with my 87-year-old mom. The breakfast quality was good, but the dining area was often overcrowded. We also had no control over the room temperature (to make it cold), and it was sometimes uncomfortably hot. It got better when the weather cooled down. Additionally, we were without water for about 16 hours due to flooding, which made the overall experience less pleasant. However, I have to mention that the staff and manager did their best to help us. They moved us to a bigger room and tried to adjust the temperature to make our stay more comfortable. We really appreciated their efforts.

Lovely stay all round. Rooms are very spacious compare to other hotels along with a great selection of breakfast options.

Great location, hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. It was easy to get to the attractions from the hotel and the area had a lot of shops and restaurants. Nice and quiet at night. We arrived very late and the gentleman at the front desk was so kind. He called a restaurant to see if they were still open and could accommodate us. Provided us with umbrellas because it was raining. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting Istanbul.
