Everything perfect except that rooms should have full body mirror

Breakfast and food overall is amazing. Beach is also amazing. Private pool villas also amazing. Finally the fact we can use the Varana hotel facilities a five minute drive away with a 50m pool and state of the art gym, Muay Thai facility and yoga, among other activities made this trip tip top.

Staff was amazing. They really were exceptional from any angle you look at it. They were the best part of the experience. The scenic views and stellar beaches were great too. Food was high quality, kayaking was a blast. I love Krabi and I've been there a few times, but this time was truly a unique experience, largely due to the staff and the hotel. I hope they're getting paid well because they're definitely doing their jobs well.

The Dusit Thani was “okay”. It’s only saving grace honestly, was it’s lovely staff. The hotel is advertised as “luxury” but that is a very misleading label. The property is nice and expansive with good amenities, pools, and a yummy breakfast. However the rooms are very plain and the restaurants on property leave a lot to be desired. We had 4 nights booked and left after the first as the hotel did not meet our expectations and the online pictures definitely enhanced its condition. It is a nice property if you are looking for a fun family resort and don’t care much about room or facility conditions, but it is not a charming or romantic resort. The process of switching hotels actually improved our view of the Dusit Thani Krabi as they handled our complaints and requests very gracefully and kindly. Special thanks to Nassara and Katie for turning our experience into a pleasant one.

This was a beautiful resort property and the staff, food were incredible! Loved it would definitely stay again!
